Have the products you purchased on gooseyshoes.com not met your expectations?

We're sincerely sorry to hear that, but we'd like to ask what specifically you didn't like, so that we can improve.

At the same time, we want to share with you how you can return the shoes and get a refund.

Products purchased at gooseyshoes.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. During this period, you can try out the product and examine it just as you would in a physical store.

 

The product must be in the same condition as you received it and without any damage. You can take the product out of the box unless the packaging is sealed.

If you decide to return the product, please let us know by filling out the return form using the withdrawal template below. You can also inform us that you want to return your order by sending an email to: happyfeet@gooseyshoes.com.

 

Please note that you must ship the products back within 14 days of informing us.

 

Your Return Process

 

Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded in the same way it was paid at the time of purchase unless you prefer another method.

 

The refund will be processed within 3 days. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.
