Mr Tiggle Srl, headquartered at Via Bernardino Galliari 10, 13811 Andorno Micca, Biella CF 02607000029 handles the offering and sale via e-commerce of products available on the website gooseyshoes.com
ARTICLE 1: CONCLUSION OF SALES CONTRACTS
The confirmation and submission of the order by the customer (hereinafter "Customer" refers to the user of the website gooseyshoes.com), according to the instructions that will appear on the web pages from time to time, constitutes the Customer's full acceptance of these general terms of sale. The sales contract between Mr Tiggle Srl and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by Mr Tiggle Srl.
If the Customer is a consumer (a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their own professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form to Mr Tiggle Srl), once the online purchase procedure is concluded, they will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general terms of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/99 on distance sales.
The Customer is excluded from any right to compensation or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
ARTICLE 2: PURCHASE METHOD
The Customer can only purchase the products available in the online catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at the address gooseyshoes.com as described in the respective information sheets. The order will be validly processed upon receipt by Mr Tiggle Srl of the confirmation of the authorization for debit of the Price and the charges for transport and delivery on the Customer's credit card, as further provided in article 5 below.
The image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color, dimensions, and accessories shown. All information supporting the purchase (Glossary, Buying Guide, etc.) is to be considered as simple generic informative material, not referring to the real characteristics of an individual product.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Mr Tiggle srl through an email response sent to the email address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will report the Date and Time of receipt of the order and a Customer order number to be used in all further communications with Mr Tiggle Srl. The message will reproduce all the data entered by the Customer, any information regarding the essential characteristics of the goods, the indication of the price, payment methods, delivery methods and costs, and applicable taxes. The Customer must verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, as described in this document.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, Mr Tiggle srl guarantees prompt communication to the Customer.
ARTICLE 3: PRICES
The products will be sold at the prices indicated in the online product sheet at the time of order confirmation by the Customer. Delivery charges are borne by the Customer and will appear on the web page after clicking the "calculate shipping costs" button. Before the customer confirms the order by clicking on the appropriate button, the web page will display a summary of the prices of the products loaded into the cart, taxes, and delivery charges. These data will then be automatically reproduced in the order form that the customer sends to Mr Tiggle srl following the order confirmation procedures.
ARTICLE 4: ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTATION AND DELIVERY METHODS
For each accepted and executed order, Mr Tiggle Srl issues a tax receipt (or invoice if the Customer is not a Consumer and has indicated their VAT number in the order) for the material shipped, sending it by email to the order holder, pursuant to art 14 DPR 445/2000. For the issuance of the tax receipt (and/or invoice), the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall prevail. No variation of the tax document will be possible after its issuance.
No liability can be attributed to Mr Tiggle Srl in case of delay in order processing or delivery of the ordered items.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT METHOD
The Customer can make payment by Credit Card, PayPal, or through all payment services available at checkout. Concurrently with the order by the Customer, the reference bank will authorize the charge of the amount related to the order placed on the Customer's credit card. The amount relating to the processed merchandise, even partially, will be effectively charged to the Customer's credit card only upon communication to Mr Tiggle Srl, by the courier, of the material shipment of the ordered goods. In case the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, as defined in the following Article 6, Mr Tiggle Srl will refund the previously charged amount using the same payment method chosen by the customer or by bank transfer to the account communicated by the customer, excluding the shipping costs already incurred.
At no time during the purchase process is Mr Tiggle Srl able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction, and no computer archive of Mr Tiggle Srl will retain such data.
ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21.02.14 no. 21 (the "Consumer Code"), if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their own professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number to Mr Tiggle Srl), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased Product.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send explicit written communication to Mr Tiggle Srl, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods (for this purpose, they can use the typical withdrawal form attached to these general terms). This communication must be sent:

always sent within the aforementioned period of 14 days. Once the aforementioned withdrawal communication is received, the Customer Service of Mr Tiggle Srl will promptly communicate to the Customer the instructions for the return of the goods. The consumer must return the Product(s) or deliver it/them to the seller or to a third party authorized by the seller to receive it/them, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which they communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract to the seller.
The direct shipping costs for returning the Product are borne by the Customer.
The purchased Product must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all accessories and any spare parts, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.).
The Customer may handle the Product in order to establish its nature, characteristics, and operation, but is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product resulting from handling other than that necessary for this purpose.
If the Customer withdraws from this contract, they will be refunded all payments made to the seller, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from their choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), at the time when the Product is returned or when the Customer has demonstrated to have returned the Product, depending on which situation occurs first. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided for in art. 59 of the Consumer Code: in case of damage to the goods during transport, Mr Tiggle Srl will inform the Customer of the incident (within the 5th working day from the receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly report the issue to the courier of their choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request; Mr Tiggle Srl does not in any way respond for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; upon arrival (at the warehouse), the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

ARTICLE 7: WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
All products sold by Mr Tiggle Srl are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty under Legislative Decree 206/05. To avail oneself of warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the tax receipt or invoice (or the DDT) they will receive via email in electronic PDF format.
Exercising the Warranty may require requesting assistance from authorized service centers located in the territory and/or following the procedures outlined in the documentation inside the product package.
The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods outlined in the documentation inside the product package. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect should not be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs, if incurred by 3W Srl.
Replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: non-functioning product upon delivery) occur only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The replacement or eventual repair times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.
In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty to its customer (restored or replaced), 3W Srl may at its discretion proceed to refund the amount paid, taking into account the use of the asset or replace it with a product of equal or higher characteristics.
The repair or eventual replacement times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be claimed from Mr Tiggle Srl for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
In cases where warranty applications involve the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it in a second box; in any case, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
The Customer will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA) to be indicated on the outside of the package, following the instructions provided directly in the related authorization email. Any complaints must be addressed to:
